It could be possible but rare, but I think either it was a glitch or else the people who said they had it in their games might have used a Mod or CC.
Edit to add: I usually get the opposite with Alien skin and Human eyes! Yeah, that's what I usually get: alien skin, human eyes. I have dozens and dozens of sims I've made through them having babies and me trying to get them to have human skin and alien eyes and it's never happened. People have sworn they didn't use a mod, but I'm starting to get frustrated trying to get a sim with the right genes and wondering if I should give up. I'd really love just a for sure official answer on this question, I know a lot of people are wondering.
I wouldn't perhaps give up completely on this, I would just not focus on it. If it happens , then it happens, but if it doesn't then it doesn't. But I have never seen or heard of this. I will tag EuphorialQueen on this matter since I know she enjoys playing with Aliens and has played with them extensively! Thanks so much! I highly doubt anyone from EA would ever read this hahaha I'm a streamer and a writer, so I create sims based on the fictional characters I've written, and one of them has fully black eyes like the alien sims and pale human skin.
And the people that watch me have been dying for me to move forward with some sim scenarios from the stories, but I need that one character! So I've "bred" like a hundred sims trying to get this outcome, but no luck and I'm trying to figure out if I should give up. Hell, I'd settle for trying to initiate some weird glitch or something at this point.

In The Sims 2 , a mannequin is a Sim using a hidden skin tone that is pale gray. The mannequin skin tone is only used by Body Shop , where it is used in thumbnails and by the model in the "Create Parts" area.
While the mannequin skin tone was not intended for normal gameplay, it is hidden in Create a Sim , and can be unlocked by using the testingcheatsenabled cheat and enabling the CAS debug mode.
Unlike other life states, mannequins do not have nipples. Because Mannequins can only be created in Create a Sim debug mode, and are hidden in normal gameplay, some players do not consider it to be a true life state. Mannequins can have a custom eye color a pale brownish gray color which can only be accessed in Create a Sim debugging mode by selecting the Alien skin tone, selecting the black alien eye color and then selecting the mannequin skin tone.
